We help persons who have been injured in car accidents in Lake
Como or in fall downs.
If injured, seek competent medical treatment immediately. For
most accidents, the ambulance will take you to the nearest hospital,
such as JFK Medical Center, Robert Wood Johnson, St. Peter's University
Hospital, Raritan Bay- Perth Amboy or Muhlenberg Hospital.
Often your insurance company will want a copy of the accident
report. If the accident was investigated by the local police, then
to obtain the car accident report, contact the police department.
The local Police Department address, telephone number, and directions
are at the bottom of this page. For State Police matters on the
Turnpike, Parkway and 287 and all other accidents investigated by
the State Police, you must write to the State Police in West Trenton.
You cannot pick up a State Police accident report at the local barracks.
If the negligent driver was given a ticket, the NJ Victim's Rights
Act requires the Prosecutor and court to give you notice of the
court hearing. It may be a good idea to give the municipal court
your name and address to be notified of the court date. The local
municipal court address, phone number and directions are at the
bottom of this page.
If injured, schedule an in-office consultation with us to discuss
treatment and compensation.

our personal injury articles at http://www.njpersonalinjurylawcenter.com.
To obtain State Police Accident reports, you must request a copy
with a certified check or money order made payable to Division of
State Police and must be sent to Division of State Police, Criminal
Justice Records Bureau, P.O. Box 7068, W. Trenton 08628-0068. Division
of State Police (609) 882-2000.
